My journey with fiber arts began in childhood, when I first learned to sew and crochet. Those early stitches planted a seed, but it wasn’t until I began raising my own children that my passion truly blossomed. Now, as a mostly self-taught fiber and folk artist living in the countryside near Randolph, MN, I specialize in crochet and repurposing vintage quilts — teaching my four children alongside me and passing down the traditions that shaped me.
I find special inspiration in breathing new life into antique textiles. These timeworn fabrics hold generations of stories, and I love honoring their history by transforming them into handmade pieces full of warmth and character — from cozy blankets and hats to delicate baby bonnets.
Rooted in heritage, storytelling, and intention, my work reflects both creativity and connection. I’m passionate about inspiring others to slow down, create with heart, and make space for what brings them joy.
